The study aimed at revealing how much the tenants are satisfied to the services they receive as well as why and to what extent the owners of the settlements are regarded well or not well by the tenants. Further it was explored that the satisfaction of services received by the dwellers of the settlements varies depending on the gender identity of the owner.
