Due to COVID19, dRi initiated Work from Home for all staffs. Also, on-site training session is not a rational choice as social distancing is preferred during this crisis. Therefore, dRi took several measures to mitigate with this situation. dRi started organizing remote training using online conference platform such as Webex, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. keeping in mind the social distancing advisory. All technical requirements were ensured and researchers were supplied with necessary equipment (e.g. Laptops, Tablets, headphones, etc.). During training, presence is ensured by video conference and training is provided through online presentation. dRi’s staffs are well equipped with the skillset required to adopt this change system and successfully implementing it.
