The aim of this survey is to assess the Community Policing program in the Uttara Police Division area. Community Policing program has been adopted by Bangladesh Police in 2009 and the Uttara Police Division, as a part of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police followed that at the same time. After five years of the adaptation of the CP program in the area, personal perception of citizen of this area were analyzed in order to assess the functioning of the community policing program at that time.
