This study proposal is to evaluate the BSMMU urban slum pilot project on palliative care in one of the slums called Korail. Korail is the largest slum in   Bangladesh lies on approximately 0.37 square km reclaimed land beside a lake in Dhaka city, capital of Bangladesh.  It is home to an estimated 57,000 voters and their under 18 dependents.The main research question of this evaluation study was found out whether the project achieved the objectives laid out at the beginning. The evaluation had four components as following: Project strategies and approaches, Performance, Effect and lessons learned
