The main objective of this project was to develop manuals and guidelines required for the administrative and managerial advancement of the CBOs, federations and association to make an independent and standard organization in Bangladeshi context. The study aimed to develop guiding manuals to strengthen knowledge, skills, procedures and understanding in the areas of CBO organizational management, specifically in administration, finance management and human resource areas and management and administration of a community based savings and loans system, revenue generated from loans for organizational sustainability and management of revenue from loan-funded Income Generating Activities (IGAs). A ToT guideline was also developed based on this study. Qualitative methodology was utilized for this study that included literature review, FGD and KII.
