HI launched the WISH2ACTION project in Bangladesh along with other developing countries with the mandate to support in making SRHR services delivered to be more inclusive to persons with disabilities. The objective of the evaluation of WISH2ACTION was to assess how the HI WISH2ACTION Project implementation and interventions adhere to the HI Quality Framework and to identify areas for improvement to make the project implementation of high quality and hence better attainment of the project results. Through this evaluation HI assessed the participation of project beneficiaries in every stage of implementation, the level of cooperation between HI and other project partners, the level of effectiveness of the capacity strengthening of Partners and stakeholders and assess the level of efficiency of the HI WISH interventions in form of Strategy, Optimization and Flexibility. This Midterm Evaluation was designed in such a way that each of the selected quality criteria is assessed through a comparison of the Project Implementation quality against the Humanity and Inclusion’s quality standard. The evaluation used a mixed approach involving both qualitative and quantitative approaches which involved document review like meeting minutes, key informant interviews, focus group discussions with partners and key beneficiaries.
