This project was a sequence of the previous year’s similar study conducted for IC Net Limited to identify the factors that explain the success of NIS implementation and explore how these factors may positively affect a change-maker in performing his or her duties. In other words, this project took a broader approach and made an effort to identify the external and internal environmental factors. At the same time, it attempted to analyze how these factors may influence the “change makers” in performing their responsibilities. The study was conducted following a qualitative methodology.
