Access to Information (a2i-II: 2012 – 2016) is a program conducted over Bangladesh in a partnership between the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) and UNDP aiming to eliminate inequality through technology driven public service delivery. This research intends to find to what extent this program is succeeding and to what extent it is enabling women empowerment through promoting women entrepreneurship. The study follows a mix-method research approach and aims to analyze the implication of a2i program in bringing or creating empowerment in the lives of women entrepreneurs under a2i program in selected areas, social and related obstacles (if any), as well as to measure the change this program has brought into their lives.
