dRi was assigned to conduct the mid-term evaluation of the project. This study presented findings on the impact of the project on the lives of the poor, examining their capacity to challenge their exclusion and subordination. It also identified processes through which changes have taken place in the context of disadvantaged systems of power and unequal social relations.
