This study was conducted under the Establishing Vulnerable Peoples’ Rights and Access to Social Safety Net Programmes (EVPRA) Project which is funded by the European Union and implemented by World Vision in collaboration with Pollisree and PUMDO. As part of this academic research endeavor, dRi carried out primary research to collect qualitative data from government officials of different ministries/agencies and local government institutions who were responsible for carrying out and coordinating the Social Safety Net Programs.
