‘Health, Nutrition & Food Security (HN&FS hereinafter)’ project is working with primary school students and their families to improve their food consumption, personal hygiene, and targeting school management committee to bring a transformative change within the system to participate in and support the activity. The purpose of the project is to improve system transformation of hygiene and nutrition within school system for sustainability of projective activity, household adoption of health and nutrition behavior by school children and mothers and community engagement to support HNFS project activity. As the project reached to its end of timeline, this endline review was conducted to assess the design, performance and effect of the program. The research intended to find the project’s success, effectiveness and strategic improvement for any further intervention around the country. The specific objectives of the research were to assess the improvement knowledge and behaviour among primary school children and women, assess the system transformation approach and participation into this by school system, assess efficiency of implementing partners and find out lesson learnt from the project. The study was conducted in three Upazila’s of Bogra named Gabtali, Sariakandi and Sonatala utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
