Good governance encompasses transparency, accountability, participation, openness, responsiveness, equitability and the rule of law. Rule of law and development are considered as highly interrelated while judiciary and police are found to be the most affected institutions by corruption worldwide. Solving the legal issues may significantly reduce the prevalence of violence in the society. Similarly promoting and implementing rule of law in the society can ensure justice for all.
