dRi recently organized an interactive workshop on Workplace Effectiveness Skills, conducted by Anindya Barai. The workshop aimed to equip participants with practical skills to navigate professional challenges and improve productivity in their day-to-day work.
The session explored key areas such as communication, file management and documentation, follow-up and reporting, time management and task prioritization, teamwork and coordination, critical thinking and problem-solving, and professionalism and work ethics. Participants engaged in discussions on practical tools and techniques, including the Eisenhower Matrix, first-principles thinking, digital file organization, and the “golden rules” of workplace efficiency.
What made the workshop particularly engaging was the active sharing of experiences and stories by participants, fostering a collaborative learning environment. The session concluded with a feedback segment, where participants reflected on their learnings and highlighted the value of such workshops in supporting professional growth.
This initiative reflects dRi’s commitment to continuous learning and strengthening workplace capabilities, ensuring our team remains equipped to meet evolving challenges with skill and confidence.
