The Cohort 2024 Endline Survey assessed the outcomes of BRAC’s Ultra-Poor Graduation (UPG) Programme for the 2024 cohort, which provided 18–24 months of integrated, climate-adaptive support to ultra-poor households. The study measured endline values for all selected Results Framework (RF) indicators across key themes: livelihoods and enterprise development, financial inclusion, market access, youth skills, social protection, climate resilience, and women’s empowerment. It validated participants’ graduation status against BRAC’s official criteria through external verification, compared changes against the early 2024 baseline benchmarks, analyzed improvements and underperformance, explored reasons for variations in outcomes, and produced disaggregated insights for priority groups (women, youth, persons with disabilities, indigenous communities, rural/urban contexts). The assessment generated evidence-based lessons and actionable recommendations to strengthen future programme design and decision-making. dRi conducted the entire mixed-method study delivering high-quality tools, datasets, transcripts, reports, and summary outputs.
