To improve the health and well being of garment workers in Bangladesh through inclusive business practices across the Ready-Made Garment value chain, SNV intended to conduct an annual monitoring survey of its ongoing Working with Women, Phase-2 (WWW2) project. Through this Annual monitoring survey SNV Netherlands Development organization tried to capture mainly increased knowledge/awareness and attitude and some practices of 10 partners factories and their workers. The objective of the annual survey was to assess progress against the baseline KAP data (Knowledge and attitude mainly) and against the log frame/results indicators and assess to what extent the project met the expected outcomes. Another objective was to identify bottle-necks to recommend ways to overcome them. dRi conducted the annual monitoring survey of “working with Women, phase 2, project” on behalf of SNV by capturing some valuable quantitative and qualitative data to strengthen the project’s interventions and to inform the project management regarding any need for re-planning of any of the project activities.
