dRi conducted an independent evaluation of the GFFO-funded project “Provisions of Integrated Comprehensive Support to Persons with Disabilities and Vulnerable People While Strengthening Inclusion Capacities of Humanitarian Actors.” Implemented by the Centre for Disability in Development (CDD), the project operated across Rohingya camps in Ukhiya, Teknaf, and Bhasanchar, as well as host communities in Ramu and Chakaria. The initiative aimed to improve access to protection, health, functional rehabilitation, MHPSS, and stimulation therapy services, strengthen disability inclusion among humanitarian actors, and enhance coordination through continued analysis and advocacy.

To assess the project’s changes, relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency, dRi conducted extensive fieldwork across all intervention locations. The evaluation involved 610 surveys, 30 KIIs, 13 IDIs, 5 FGDs, 10 case studies, and 4 observations with Rohingya communities, host communities, government facilities, and humanitarian stakeholders. Through this work, dRi provided evidence-based insights to strengthen inclusive humanitarian action for persons with disabilities and vulnerable populations in Cox’s Bazar and Bhasanchar.
