The overall goal of the project are to conduct survey to examine the impact of pay-scale reform on work, motivation of government officers in Bangladesh. The activities of the survey included data collection, encoding, completion and verification of the collected data. The following data was collected as part of the activities 1) Survey on newly recruited Bangladesh Civil Service Officers at district offices (BCS) survey) 2) Survey on non-public officers who prepared for Bangladesh Civil Service exams in coaching centers (non-BCS survey) 3) survey on Head of Sub-district Offices (Sub-district survey)
