dRi conducted a phone-based endline survey as part of the Tertiary Education Loan study to track students’ post-HSC education and career trajectories. The earlier baseline and midline rounds had collected information on students’ higher education intentions, future work plans, and decision-making processes after HSC. The endline survey followed up on the same cohort to understand their actual enrollment status, admission experiences, and financial arrangements for higher education, including costs, loans, scholarships, coaching, and other support mechanisms. It also captured their career aspirations and income expectations. The study aimed to assess how access to information and financial constraints influenced higher education participation and related outcomes over time.
