The periodic measurement of availability of tracer items at health facility level is an important check on the effectiveness and impact of health systems strengthening particularly supply-chain strengthening interventions supported by the governments, the Global Fund and its partners. The purpose of this assignment is to (1) verify data quality and/or (2) collect data to measure health products and core diagnostic services availability at service delivery level. The assignment is tailored for each country according to (a) the availability of national LMIS data/reports, (b) the opportunity to use partner reports to measure availability of tracer products, (c) the need for expanded LFA-spot checks to verify products availability at a representative number of service sites. The assignment adopted a quantitative method to collect primary data. Study area is country representative and data were collected from 33 districts. 100 interviews were conducted in each of the three phases.
